Usage

Operation basics: enable/disable, jog, pick a step size, enter/exit Settings, and home.

  • Disabled: startup state; motion commands are ignored.
  • Enabled: can jog; MENU toggles between enabled/disabled.
  • Menu: long-press MENU to edit settings; exit with MENU to save.
  • Homing: triggered from enabled state with SHIFT + MENU.

First jog checklist

  1. Enable with MENU.
  2. Pick a step size with SHIFT + UP/DOWN.
  3. Use B+ / B- for precise step jogging; long-press A+ / A- for continuous motion, then tap again to stop.
  4. Turn the speed knob to raise/lower speed while moving.

Homing & limits

  • Start homing with SHIFT + MENU (enabled state). Axis moves in your configured Homing Direction, expects to see the limit switch, then backs off by Backoff Distance and sets zero.
  • If homing aborts with an error, check limit polarity in Settings and wiring in Wiring.
  • When homed, travel is restricted between 0 and Position Max; hitting a limit outside this range will trigger an error.
